To avoid carrying all the groceries from Trader Joes in an ever bigger hiking backpack we decided to make a bicycle trailer to haul all our food, projects and go on adventures.

We used standard wood planks, old BMX bike wheels, some custom machined and 3D printed parts to make the trailer. This project allowed me to get more comfortable with CAD master modelling. The most challenging part of the build was definitely bending the steel tube into the correct shape, accounting for spring back and prevent wall buckling.
